摘要
介绍了在Visual C++环境下,利用OpenGL图形函数库开发基于STEP-NC的数控铣削系统的加工仿真。给出OpenGL与VC++的接口机制,说明了加工仿真中工件和刀具的建模方法以及工件和刀具的动态求交来实现材料的去除效果,模拟了真实情况下的加工过程。
Tool path is automatically generated by the milling numerical control(NC) system based on STEP-NC(STEP Compliant Data Interface for Numerical Control). For demonstrating the correctness of tool path to avoid failure in the practical machining such as collision and interference of the tool, the tool path should be simulated before machining in STEP-NC milling NC system. The machining simulation system is developed in the Visual C ++environment combined with OpenGL graphics library function modules. The modeling method of workpiece and tool in the machining simulation process is presented, The material removal through dynamics intersecting of workpieces and tools is displayed, and simulating machining process in the reality are illustrated.
