东魁杨梅叶片次生代谢产物对光照与水分胁迫的响应 被引量:10

Responses of the Secondary Metabolites Contents in the Leaves of Myrica rubra cv. Dongkui to Light and Water Stress

摘要 对不同光照强度和土壤含水量下栽培的东魁杨梅幼苗叶片的总黄酮、总鞣质、总绿原酸和游离蒽醌的含量进行了测定和分析。结果表明,不同光照强度下,东魁杨梅幼苗叶片的总黄酮、总鞣质、总绿原酸和游离蒽醌含量的变化规律具有一定的差异,各光强处理总黄酮的含量表现为1层遮荫(光照强度约为全光照的4%)>全光照>2层遮荫(光照强度约为全光照的18%)>3层遮荫(光照强度约为全光照的6%);总绿原酸和总鞣质的含量均为全光照>1层遮荫>3层荫>2层遮荫;游离蒽醌的含量为2层遮荫>1层遮荫>全光照>3层遮荫。全光照有利于总绿原酸、总鞣质的合成积累,1层遮荫有利于总黄酮的合成积累,2层遮荫有利于游离蒽醌的合成积累,含量分别为(99.6±8.44)g/kg、(16.1±0.41)g/kg、(27.6±0.42)g/kg、(0.169±0.016 5)g/kg。不同土壤含水量下东魁杨梅叶片总黄酮、总绿原酸、总鞣质、游离蒽醌含量的变化规律存在一定的差异。土壤水分供应充分有利于东魁杨梅叶片中总绿原酸、总鞣质和游离蒽醌的合成积累,但不利于总黄酮的合成积累;适宜土壤含水量有利于总黄酮的合成积累;轻度水分胁迫对次生代谢产物含量的影响不明显,中度水分胁迫可提高东魁杨梅总黄酮、总绿原酸、总鞣质、游离蒽醌等次生代谢产物含量的合成积累。 The contents of 4 secondary metabolites,such as flavonoids,tannins,chlorogenic acids and anthraquinones,in the leaves of Myrica rubra cv.Dongkui under different light intensity and soil water contents were determined by spectrophotometer analysis,respectively.The results showed: The rules of the change of 4 secondary metabolites,such as flavonoids,tannins,chlorogenic acids and anthraquinones,under different light intensity were different.The order of contents of flavonoids was: 1 layer0 layer2 layers3 layers.The order of contents of tannin and chlorogenic acid was: 0 layer1 layer3 layers2 layers.The order of content of anthraquinones was: 2 layers1 layer0 layer3 layers.Full light could benefit the accumulation of total chrologenic acid and tannins.One layer shading could benefit the accumulation of total flavonoids,while 2 layer shading could increase the synthesis accumulation of anthraquinones,their contents were(99.6±8.44)g/kg,(16.1±0.41)g/kg,(27.6±0.42)g/kg,(0.169±0.0165)g/kg,respectively.The rules of the change of 4 secondary metabolites,such as flavonoids,tannins,chlorogenic acids and anthraquinones,under different soil water contents were diffe-rent.The enough water could benefit the accumulation of total chlorogenic acids,tannins and anthraquinones in the leaves,but inhibit the accumulation of flavonoids.Suitable soil water content could benefit the total flavonoids.Light water stress showed that there was effect on the accumulation of the secondary metabolites,while medium water stress could increase the accumulation of the secondary metabolites in the leaves of Myrica rubra cv.Dongkui.
