不同C/S渣对方镁石-尖晶石材料侵蚀机理研究

摘要 采用静态坩埚法研究不同C/S渣对方镁石-尖晶石材料在1 600℃下的侵蚀状况.利用Factsage软件对侵蚀趋势和结果预先模拟,借助于SEM和EDS分析不同渣侵蚀方镁石-尖晶石材料后的显微结构和各层带的相组成变化,并与模拟结果进行对比分析.结果表明:1)基质内MgO溶解入渣内降低渣的黏度;2)当C/S≥2.5时,渣渗透至试样内的β-C2S冷却过程中晶型转变为γ-C2S,导致试样的粉化.3)渣中低熔点硅酸盐相主要是沿气孔和晶界向材料内部渗透. The static crucible method was used to study the erosion of MgO - spinel refractory materials by slag with various C/S rates at 1 600 ℃. The Faetsage software was utilized to simulate the experiment results. SEM and EDAX were used to characterize the microstructure and phase composition of the eroded layers on the samples. The results showed that ( 1 ) the MgO in the refractory matrix dissolved into the slag, thus reducing the viscosity of the slag; (2) with C/S ≥ 2.5, the slag could penetrate into the β-C2S in the refractory, making the β-C2S transform to γ-C2S and hence causing the refractory to be powdered; and (3) the low-melting point silicate phase in the slag penetrated into the refractory along the gas pores and grain boundaries
