摘要
对一个建造于20世纪90年代的办公楼的楼梯进行了改造设计。采用ETABS建立包含楼梯的原结构及改造结构的整体模型,分析了楼梯改造对原结构的内力及位移影响,并以此为基础确定原结构需进行加固构件,进而对原结构的构件进行了加固设计及新旧构件的连接设计,最后阐述了楼梯改造施工方法及施工关键部位,可为类似工程提供经验借鉴。
This paper introduces reconstruction design for stairs of an office building built in the 1990s. According to an integrated model including the original structure and reformed structure, built by adopting ETABS, this paper analyzes the influence of reconstruction on interhal force and displacement of the original structure; on this basis, the paper makes clear the parts to be reinforced on original structure and reinforcement design for original parts and connection design between new and old parts; and at last, it describes construction method and key parts of reforming stairs. This study is expected to provide valuable reference for relevant works.
