基于知识服务观的高校图书馆核心竞争力研究

互联网的应用与发展真的会威胁到高校图书馆的生存与发展吗?本文以核心竞争力理论为理论基础,对此问题展开研究。研究表明,互联网的应用改变了高校图书馆环境,使得高校图书馆核心竞争力由文献组织观向知识服务观变迁。而高校图书馆的知识服务能力主要体现为学科馆员的学科服务能力。只要高校图书馆适应图书馆环境的变化,确立正确的核心竞争力观念,引进学科馆员制,进行制度创新以培育核心竞争力,就不可能被互联网淘汰。

Can Internet application and development really threaten university-library survival？Taking the core competence theory as theory base,this paper studied this question.The research showed that Internet＇s application has changed university-library environment and transformed university-library core competence from literature-organizing view to knowledge-serving view which manifests subject librarian＇s subject serviceability.So long as university-library adapts the library environment change and cultivates it＇s core competence,it is impossible that university-library will be eliminated by Internet.
