摘要
利用三维建模软件UG对提升机构的关键零部件及整机建立了三维模型,并进行了整机的虚拟装配、干涉检验和生成二维工程图,实现了提升机构的虚拟样机设计。提升机构的三维参数化建模为后续的机构仿真及样机的完善设计奠定了良好的基础。
Three-dimensional models of key components and entire machine of lifting mechanism were established with three dimensional modeling software UG, and made the machine's virtual assembly, interference testing and generating two-dimensional drawings, which achieve the virtual prototype design of lifting mechanism. Three-dimensional parametric modeling of lifting mechanism provide a good foundation for following improvement of prototype and simulation of lifting mechanism.
