摘要
根据客户要求设计可伸缩的井下带式输送机,通过对其运行能力、运行阻力、输送带张力、输送带悬垂度、输送带强度、电机功率共六大方面进行校核计算及验证,并以此进行优化设计,从而得到满足用户需要的可靠合理的可伸缩的井下带式输送机。
According to customer requirements and design a scalable underground belt conveyor, through its ability to run, running resistance, tape tension, tape hanging degree, tape strength, the electrical power calculation of a total of six aspects of verification and validation, and has this to optimal design, which are reasonable to meet user needs a reliable, scalable underground belt conveyor.
