摘要
主要阐述JBD622系列对旋风机叶轮主要气动参数的设计方法。为减小风机体积、提高压力系数,该系列风机采用了较大的轮毂比、较高的电机转速,并以此为风机初始设计参数。在轮毂比选择时采用了经验分析和计算中验证的方法。经过实际测试,设计点的风量、全压和实测值误差不超过5%。
The whirlwind JBD622 series of main machine impeller design method of aerodynamic parameters was expounded. To reduce the volume, improve fan pressure coefficient, showing fan adopted larger than hub, high motor speed, and takes it as a fan initial design parameters. In wheel than when the choice used the experience in analysis and calculation of the validated method. Through practical test, design point total pressure of the air, and measured error less than 5%.
