摘要
采用了Pro/E建模,导入ANSYS分析的方式对轴流式转子的关键部位进行了有限元分析。对支杆与轮毂相配合的关键部位采用接触非线性分析,对有限元模型施加气流对其产生的面载荷和自身的惯性载荷,提高了分析精度和可靠性。
The Pro/E has been used in constructing model, ANSYS was inducted to analyse by the way of the finite element analysis to the essential spot of axial flow type rotor. Coordinating the spot to the strut and the wheel hub to use the contact nonlinear analysis, exerting the surface load of the air current to the finite element model and own inertial load. increased the precision and reliability.
