制造精度对托辊运行的影响

摘要 理论分析制造精度对托辊表面跳动量的作用,得出对托辊运行的影响,为托辊的设计和生产提供理论依据。其中,各要素有托辊筒体的圆柱度、轴承与轴承座的配合、滚动轴承的径向游隙、轴承与轴颈的配合、轴受力形成的挠度、两轴承作为支撑点的同轴度。 Through the theoretical analysis of the effect of manufacturing accuracy to idler roller' surface runout ,it is conducted that the influence to the operating of idler roller, to provide theory basis of idler roller's design and production. Among which there are cylindricity of idler roller's tube, cooperation between bearing and bearing block, radial internal clearance of the roller bearing, cooperation between bearing and joumaI, deflection from force on the axis, proper alignment of two bearings as anchor.
