摘要
通过对盒盖零件结构工艺性进行分析,制定了3种可行的工艺方案。综合考虑生产批量、零件精度、企业设备情况、经济性等因素的影响,选择了最优的冲压方案,并进行了工艺计算及模具设计,确定了该零件的最佳冲压模结构。详细地讲述了模具的分析与设计过程,为类似产品的设计提供一种借鉴。
Bases on the manufacturability analysis of the box cover, three types of possible punching project are developed. Considering the influence of production batch, parts precision, enterprise equipment and economy, select the optimal punching project is selected, the process calculation and the stamping die design are conducted, the optimal die structure is selected. The process of punching project analysis and stamping die design are indetail described, a reference for the design of similar products is provied.
