摘要
焊接可靠性是在生产过程中为保证焊接结构、接头组织性能而制定的一套预防措施体系,并为工艺材料等的缺陷提供改进依据和建议。通过模拟焊接过程,能够得到焊接过程中和焊接后的变形及焊接残余应力。根据分析结果对焊接工艺进行修改,然后再分析得到预期结果,最后通过试验验证焊接结构的可靠性。
Reliability of welding is a protective measure that can assure me quality of welded structure and the performance of welded splice, and with this method, it can provide suggestion to avoid weld flaw. Welding deformation and residual stress can be shown by simulating the process of welding. Based on the result of simulation, can amend the welding procedure, and analysis again to achieve the desired results, and then check the reliability of weld structure through the test.
