摘要
主要对剪切机所需要的剪切模具进行了设计。本模具主要用于锚杆的切割。下模具的设计很好地解决了由于锚杆间存在间隙而不易固定的问题。下模具和小车的相对运动能够很方便地对锚杆进行两头切割,大大地提高了工作效率,并且为剪切机模具的优化设计与改进提供了参考。
This paper focuses on the shear machine needed shear mold design. This mold is mainly used for cutting anchor. Under mold design is a good solution to the problem that existing the gap to be fixed among the anchors. The relative motion between under mold and the car can be very convenient for both sides cutting to anchor, it greatly improves the working efficiency, and provides reference for shearing machine mold optimization design and improvement.
