摘要
针对如何快速检测钻井液流变性能参数的问题,设计了一套钻井液流变性能参数检测系统。该系统主要检测钻井液在不同剪切速率下的钻井液剪切应力,并对剪切速率和剪切应力进行数据自动处理和显示,同时设计了一套温控系统,实现了流变性测定时钻井液温度的PID控制。通过LabVIEW编写的上位机界面,可以实现对数据的采集和显示,为钻井工程生产实践服务。
Based on virtual instrument, a set of rheological properties measurement system tot drilling fluid was designed. In system, fluid shear stress in different shear rates is collected. PID control of drilling fluid temperature was realized by designed temperature control system. Operation status of all sensors was real time displayed through interface of master computer.
