Cracking Control of Floated Coat of Aerocrete Blockwork

加气混凝土砌块主要是用粉煤灰、石灰、水泥等原材料经高温蒸压制作而成,具有容量轻的特点,同时由于其材质的原因,很容易产生开裂空鼓脱落的质量问题。根据工程应用实践,总结出蒸压加气混凝土砌块墙体表面装饰抹灰的做法。

Aerated concrete blocks are mainly made from coal ash, lime, cement, and other materials through high-temperature autoclaving, they are featured by light capacity, but tend to cause cracking, hollowness, falling-off and other quality problems. According to the practices of engineering application, this paper summarizes the practice of plastering for surface decoration of autoclaved aerocrete blockwork.
