摘要
介绍了当前制冷系统中除霜的研究现状和热气冲霜的原理,讨论了几个除霜的技术参数,提出了一种新型的多组并联蒸发器制冷系统的热气冲霜装置,并介绍了本装置的设计原理及工作过程。本装置采用多组别并联蒸发器分组化霜形式,部分组别蒸发器制冷,部分组别蒸发器化霜,相互之间温度影响很小,有利于食品的保存,当再次制冷时冷藏室降温快,压缩机功耗小,节能效果明显。
Defrost research status of the current refrigeration system and the principle of hot gas defrosting is introduced. Several technical parameters of defrost are discussed. Put forward a new device of hot gas defrosting which has parallel multi-evaporator refrigeration system. The design principle and working process is introduced. The device uses parallel multi-evaporator, which can packet defrosting. One part refrigerate, the other part defrost. There is a small temperature effect. It is beneficial to preserve the food. The cooling of refrigerator is fast, the power of compressor is low and the effect of energy saving is clear when refrigerate again.
