培养湖州新农村“专业农民”的对策

On the Countermeasures of Cultivation to "Professional Farmers" in Huzhou

在"十一五"期间,湖州市新农村建设在科技创新、产业发展、村镇规划建设、基础设施建设、生态环境建设等方面培养了大批"三农"人才,创建了新农村建设的"湖州模式"。这为贯彻落实中共中央国务院《国家中长期人才发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》"以用为本"的精神打下了扎实的基础。作为目前参与湖州"美丽乡村"建设活动的新农民——农村领军人才,必须学习现代科学知识,围绕湖州农业主导产业发展方向,将自己培养成"专业农民",让技术变成看得见、摸得着的产业,以增强农业产业化组织的带动能力,发挥专业合作社对广大农户的影响力和带动力。

As the new farmers involved in Huzhou ＂beautiful country＂ construction activities at present, the leading talents must learn modern scientific knowledge, follow Huzhou development direction of agricultural leading industry, and try their best to be ＂professional farmers＂ and let technology become visi- ble and actual industry in order to enhance the driving abilities of the organizations of agricultural industrialization and make the professional cooperatives take the lead for all the farmers.
