高职行业企业兼职教师教学管理现状分析

兼职教师队伍建设是高职教育培养高质量技术应用型人才的需要,是高职教育提高教学质量和持续发展的需要。目前,高职院校对外聘教师的研究主要集中在外聘教师的现状、规范化、聘用与管理等方面,对来自行业企业一线的高职行业企业兼职教师的教学管理很少有人进行专门探讨。对这个问题的研究,可以为高职院校校企合作、资源共享模式下的行业企业兼职教师教学管理提供参考。
