银翘散主要活性成分对流感病毒性肺炎小鼠治疗作用的研究 被引量:17

摘要 目的:观察银翘散主要活性成分对流感病毒性肺炎小鼠的治疗作用。方法:昆明种小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、中药组和病毒唑组,每组10只,采用鼻腔接种甲型流感病毒FM1株诱导幼龄小鼠肺炎,于感染前1 d,中药组灌服中药提取物,病毒唑组腹腔注射病毒唑注射液,正常组和模型组以等体积的生理盐水灌胃。观察各组小鼠的一般状态、肺组织形态学,各组小鼠感染5 d后处死,对肺指数及IV-RNA表达进行统计学分析。结果:与正常组比较,模型组小鼠肺指数显著增加,2组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);给药后中药组和病毒唑组小鼠肺指数显著下降,与模型组比较,P<0.01。但中药组与病毒唑组之间差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。正常组肺组织未检测到IV-RNA,模型组检测到大量的IV-RNA,2组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);中药组和病毒唑组IV-RNA水平均低于模型组,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);但中药组与病毒唑组之间差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论:银翘散主要活性成分对小鼠流感病毒性肺炎有较好的治疗作用。 Objective:To observe the mass action of the main active ingredients of Yin Qiao Powder on influenza virus pneumonia in mice. Methods:Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal group,model group,TCM group and ribavirin group,10 in each group.Intranasal inoculation of influenza A virus FM1 was used to induce pneumonia in young mice.One day prior to the infection,TCM group was fed with herbal extracts,the ribavirin group received intraperitoneal ribavirin injection and both the normal group and model group received an equal volume of brine to irrigate the stomach.The general condition of mice and lung morphology were observed.The mice were killed after 5 d infection and the lung index and IV-RNA expression was analyzed statistically. Results:Compared with normal group,there was a significant increase in lung index in the model group;the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P〈0.01).After given the medicine,the lung index of both TCM group and the ribavirin group was significantly decreased compared with the model group,with P〈0.01.But there was n o statistically significant difference between TCM group and the ribavirin group(P〉0.05).IV-RNA was not detected in normal lung tissues of the normal group,but there were a large number of IV-RNA in the model group;there was highly statistically significant difference in 2 groups(P〈0.01).IV-RNA levels of both TCM group and the ribavirin group were lower than model group;the difference was highly statistically significant(P〈0.01).There was no significant difference between TCM group and the ribavirin group(P〉0.05). Conclusion:The main active ingredients of Yin Qiao Powder have better therapeutic effect in treating influenza virus pneumonia in Mice.
