摘要
目的:探讨热喘平口服液对实验性哮喘豚鼠平喘的作用机制。方法:把体质量为250~300 g的50只清洁级封闭群幼龄雄性豚鼠随机分成模型组、中药小剂量组、中药大剂量组、地塞米松组、正常对照组共5组,每组10只,造模后分别按要求给药,最后检测哮喘豚鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液中γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素-4(IL-4)的含量。结果:模型组与正常对照组相比IFN-γ显著降低(P<0.01),IL-4显著升高(P<0.01),说明造模成功。与模型组相比,中药小剂量组使IFN-γ升高(P<0.05),IL-4降低(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,中药大剂量组、地塞米松组均使IFN-γ显著升高(P<0.01),IL-4显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:热喘平口服液平喘的机制之一可能是影响实验性哮喘豚鼠肺泡灌洗液中细胞因子的含量,使IFN-γ升高,IL-4降低。
Objective:To investigate the functional mechanism of Re Chuan Ping Oral Liquid to calm the asthma of the experimental guineas. Method:50 cleaned young male guineas in the closed group with body weight of 250~300 g were randomly divided into a total of 5 groups of model group,low-dose TCM group,high-dose TCM group,dexamethasone group,and normal control group,10 in each group.After modeled,drugs were required respectively,and γ-interferon(IFN-γ) and interleukin 4(IL-4) content in lavage fluid of asthmatic guineas bronchia alveolus were tested. Results:Compared with normal group,IFN-γ in the control group was significantly lower(P〈0.01),and IL-4 was significantly higher(P〈0.01),showing the success of models.Compared with model group,IFN-γ increased(P〈0.05) and IL-4 decreased(P〈0.05) in low-dose TCM group.Compared with model group,IFN-γ was significantly increased(P〈0.01) and the IL-4 was significantly lower(P〈0.01) in high-dose TCM medicine group and dexamethasone group. Conclusion:One mechanism of Re Chuan Ping Oral Liquid was that it may affect the content of cell genes in lavage fluid of asthmatic guineas bronchia alveolus,with IFN-γ increased and IL-4 decreased.
