三虫二仁汤治疗儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘疗效观察

Efficacy observation of San Chong Er Ren Decoction treating children's cough variant asthma

目的:观察三虫二仁汤对咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将86例咳嗽变异型哮喘患儿随机分成2组,对照组43例予顺尔宁口服,治疗组43例在对照组用药基础上予三虫二仁汤煎剂口服,4周后比较2组疗效,同时比较2组治疗前后血清嗜酸粒细胞计数。结果:治疗组显效率86.04%,对照组显效率67.44%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。2组血清嗜酸粒细胞计数与治疗前比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);治疗组较对照组血清嗜酸粒细胞计数显著下降,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:三虫二仁汤能显著改善咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床症状,并能显著降低血清嗜酸粒细胞数。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of San Chong Er Ren Decoction in treating children＇s cough variant asthma. Methods：86 patients with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group with 43 patients was given oral Shun Er Ning while the treatment group with 43 patients,in addition to the previous treatment,was given San Chong Er Ren Decoction.The treating efficacy was observed after 4 weeks.At the same time the serum eosinophil granulocytes before and after treatment of 2 groups were counted. Results：The significantly effective rate of the treatment group was 86.04% and that of the control group was 67.44%;the difference between 2 groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The serum eosinophil count in the 2 groups were significantly different from that before treatment（P〈0.01）;the serum eosinophil count of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group;the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：San Chong Er Ren Decoction can significantly improve the cough variant asthma symptoms and reduce serum eosinophil count.
