秘红丹加味治疗儿童鼻出血30例临床观察

Clinical observation of ingredient-added Mi Hong Pill treating 30 cases of children with epistaxis

目的:观察秘红丹加味治疗儿童鼻出血的临床疗效。方法:将55例患儿随机分为2组,对照组25例给予常规治疗,治疗组30例在常规治疗基础上加用秘红丹加味。结果:治疗组治愈12例,显效10例,有效7例,无效1例,总有效率96.7%;对照组治愈0例,显效3例,有效3例,无效19例,总有效率24.0%。2组总有效率比较,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:秘红丹加味治疗儿童鼻出血疗效显著,值得在基层推广。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of ingredient-added Mi Hong Pill treating children with epistaxis. Methods：55 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group with 25 patients received conventional therapy,and the treatment group with 30 patients,based on the above treatment,were treated with additional ingredient-added Mi Hong Pill. Results：12 cases in the treatment group were cured,10 cases markedly effective,7 cases effective,and 1 patient effectless,with the total effective rate 96.7%;in the control group,0 cases were cured,3 cases markedly effective,3 patients effective,and 19 cases effectless,with the total effective rate 24.0%.The difference between the total effective rates of the two groups was highly statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion：Ingredient-added Mi Hong Pill treating children with epistaxis bears a significant clinical efficacy,worthy of clinical promotion at the primary clinical units.
