内外并治小儿慢性感染性腹泻临床体会

Clinical experience of internal and external treatment for chronic infectious diarrhea in children

针对小儿慢性感染性腹泻病因病机复杂、临床治疗棘手的现状,提出灌肠与中医药辨证论治相结合的内外并治法。发作期采用黄连素+思密达保留灌肠,间歇期经过辨证分型后,给予相应的中药进行调理治疗,疗效显著。

Aiming at the actuality of the complex pathogenesis and difficult clinical treatment of chronic infectious diarrhea in children,the paper put forward the combination of internal and external treatment of clyster and TCM differentiation treatment.In attack period,berberine ＋ Smecta were utilized with clyster,and in interim period appropriate Chinese medicine was given for conditioning treatment after differentiation and classification of the syndrome.Significant effect was obtained.
