摘要
辩护制度是刑事诉讼制度的重要组成部分,是衡量一国诉讼文明程度的重要标志。我国与日本具有相似的法律传统,日本刑事辩护制度的一些特色对改革和完善我国的辩护制度具有借鉴价值。
The justification system is one of the important parts among the criminal litigation systems that is the important symbol to measure the civilization degree in litigation of a country.China has the similar law tradition with Japan whose characterristics in criminal justification system can be considered as reference to the reform and improvement of justification system in China.
