四种有机添加物对铁皮石斛的组培苗壮苗阶段的生长影响

Effect of four organic additives on seedling's growth of Dendrobium candidum

研究不同添加物对壮苗阶段的铁皮石斛组培苗生长的影响。在相同的培养条件下,以极可善、海藻精、绿丰源和壳聚糖4种添加物,添加至培养基中对铁皮石斛组培进行试验,60d后对组培苗的各种性状进行记录统计,并与对照进行比较分析。结果得出壮苗和生根以添加极可善和壳聚糖效果较佳;增殖以添加极可善和海藻精效果较佳。

To study the effects of wafer extract from four Additives Mailer on growth of Dendrobium candidum.In the same culture condition,the regenerated shoots were cultured on B5 medium with wafer extract of four Additives,the different growth status was scored and general analysed after 60d..B5 adding JI KE-SHAN and chitosan wafer extract of while radish was the heifer media for strengthening regenerated shoots and roof growing,while B5 with the wafer extract of with JI KE-SHAN and HAI ZAO-JING was the best media for propagation.
