掺杂聚吡咯/聚乙烯醇复合材料的制备与性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以过硫酸铵为氧化剂,对甲基苯磺酸钠为掺杂剂,PVA为改性剂采用化学氧化法制备了聚吡咯(PPy)/PVA复合材料。用红外光谱、拉曼光谱以及扫描电镜等表征手段对比研究了复合材料与单一聚吡咯产物结构和形貌变化,研究了复合材料的电化学性能,实验结果表明,PVA的加入对聚吡咯的性能改善有一定的影响,PVA添加量为0.5g时复合材料有较大的电导率,经循环伏安和充放电测试表明,复合材料具有较好的电化学性能。 PPy/PVA composite materials were prepared by chemical oxidation method with ammonium persulfate as oxidant,TsONa as dopant.The performance of composite materials and single product were comparative studied.The structure and morphology were characterized by FT-IR spectrum,Raman spectrum,X-ray diffraction and SEM.The results showed that PVA had a certain influence on improving the performance of PPy,when the dosage of 0.5g PVA composites had greater electrical conductivity and had good electrochemical properties by cyclic voltammetry and charge-discharge test.
