乳化型水性环氧树脂固化剂的合成与性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 在三乙烯四胺(TETA)的分子链段上引入醇羟基、环氧基团,使其改性为亲水亲油的两亲性化合物,即乳化型的水性环氧树脂固化剂,兼具乳化和固化功能。采用封端剂调节亲水亲油平衡值(HLB)使乳化固化性能最佳。激光粒度分析仪的测试乳化环氧树脂粒径在200nm左右。涂料涂膜后的性能测试:表干时间2h左右;涂膜后4天其硬度即达到稳定值,硬度为4H;涂膜的附着力达到1级;耐腐蚀性达3天,涂膜的透明性较好。 The epoxy group were linked to the chain of triethylenetetramine molecular which was modified to hydrophilic and lipophilic compounds.It meant this curing agent equipped with both curing and emulsion function.To make the best emulsifying of curing properties,HLB was adjusted by blocking agent.The size of emulsified epoxy resin particle was about 220nm.Coating film performance tests showed that the surface drying time was about 2 hours.The hardness of the film reached 4H,the stability value 4 days after coating.Meanwhile,the adhesion of the film reached rank 1 and the corrosion resistance reached to 3 days.Transparence of the film was satisfied.
