摘要
应用穆斯堡尔谱学技术测量了一系列 Ni_(1-x)Fe_x 电沉积层的磁织构和^(57)Fe 原子核处的超精细场。结果表明,电沉积层中Fe 含量在 10~18at.%,磁择优方向垂直于镀片表面,随着Fe含量的增加磁择优方向逐渐转向平行于镀片表面的方向。总结出磁超精细场与合金电沉积层中原子平均磁矩的关系式。
The texture and magnetic hyperfine field in 57Fe of electrodeposited Ni,_,Fe, alloys were determined by means of the Mossbauer spectroscopy.lt was observed that .for the samples with 10- 18 at.% Fe, the preferred direction of magnetization was the direction perpendicular to the surface of deposits and as the Fe content increasing it ture to the direction paralla! to the surface.The relationship between the hyperfine field of 57fe and the average atomic magnetic moment of the affoys was proposed.
