汶川地震极重灾区中小学教师教学效能感及其影响因素 被引量:7

The Case Studies of Elementary and Middle Schools Teachers' Teaching Efficacy in Most Seriously Quake-stricken Areas in Sichuan Province

摘要 对四川省极重灾区中小学教师教学效能感现况的调查显示:灾区教师教学效能感处于中等偏上水平,教师个人教学效能感更好,办学条件改善对此起了积极作用,但一般效能感仍需提升;职称、办学类型、学校所在地对教师教学效能感有显著影响;学校办学条件、工作所提供的发展机会以及管理制度对教师教学效能感有显著影响。建议政府对灾区尤其是农村地区教师编制应有所倾斜,增加职称名额,提供多种激励方式;学校应不断完善管理制度,关注教师心理健康,改善教师生存状态。 The research has studied the current situation of teaching efficacy awareness by applying the scales compiled by the research team to elementary and middle school teachers from severely damaged region by Wenchuan earthquake, Sichuan Province. The study shows that the general teaching efficacy awareness of teachers in quake-stricken areas is above middle level; the individual teaching efficacy awareness performs well; while the improved teaching environment plays a good function, the general efficacy needs to be enhanced; facts as title, school location and school-type all play important roles in teaching efficacy in quake-stricken areas; the support for work, and school management regulations are all important facts that influence teachers' teaching efficacy. The local government should increase the number of assigned title, provide various incentive methods. And as for the schools, they should play close attention to teachers' current conditions and psychological health.
