摘要
中国高等教育文献保障系统(CALIS)联机合作编目中心虽然规定了中文编目规则并编写了相关的培训教材,但是目前还存在上传的记录中个别字段使用不当、同类型图书著录方式不同等问题。其原因主要是编目员对《CALIS中文图书编目业务培训教材》(以下简称《教材》)的理解程度有差异、《教材》中有些记录字段表述得不够清楚等。编目员应该在实际编目工作中不断总结经验、相互交流,加强对编目工作的科学管理,使上传的记录字段更合理、统一。
Although China Academic Library Information System(CALIS) makes the rule of Chinese cataloguing and has complied related training materials,there are many problems of misusing several fields in uploading records and having different description methods for the same type of books.Main reasons include followings:the degree that cataloguers understand Chinese Cataloguing of CALIS Material(Training Material) are different;there are some unclear fields in Training Material.Cataloguers should sum up experiences of cataloguing in practice,exchange ideas to each other;and strengthen scientific management of cataloguing,in order to make uploaded records more reasonable and uniform.
