广州市公共图书馆志愿者工作发展策略——基于省馆、市馆、区馆的分层调查研究

Development Strategies of Volunteer Work in Guangzhou Public Libraries——Stratified Study on the Provincial Library,City Library and District Library

广州市公共图书馆志愿者工作中存在资金匮乏、志愿者队伍结构单一、各馆志愿者工作的资源缺乏共享等问题。通过对图书馆志愿者合作网络、志愿者协会及"图书馆之友"3种联合发展策略的比较分析,可以得出图书馆志愿者工作的发展路线:建立"广州市图书馆志愿者合作网络",并以此为基础,构建以市级"广州市图书馆志愿者协会"作为官方的、统一的组织机构,以各馆"图书馆之友"形成社区的长期支援的双重志愿者服务架构。

There are problems in the volunteer work in Guangzhou public libraries,such as the lack of funds,the single structure of volunteers,the shortage of resources sharing of the volunteer work,and so on.Through the comparative analysis of three co-development strategies,which are the cooperative network of library volunteers,the volunteer association and the Friends of the Library,we could get the future development route of library volunteer work,that is,building the cooperative network of library volunteers in Guangzhou libraries,and constructing the double volunteer service system based on both the Guangzhou library volunteer association of city level as an official and unified organization and the Friends of the Library formed long supports for communities.
