摘要
研究酵母β-葡聚糖牛奶增强免疫力功能。采用B1/Fq代健康雌性小鼠,设0.08,0.17,0.50g/kg3个剂量组(分别相当于人体推荐摄入量的5倍、10倍、30倍),以纯牛奶配制,低、中、高剂量组质量浓度分别为8.0,17.0,50.0g/L,经口每日1次给予小鼠相应浓度的受试样品,连续给样1个月,检测对小鼠体重、胸腺、脾脏器官、ConA诱导的脾淋巴细胞转化、DNFB诱导的DTH、溶血空斑数、血清半数溶血值(HC50)、碳廓清能力、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞、NK细胞活性的影响。结果表明,细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、NK细胞活性均与对照组有显著差异,认为酵母β-葡聚糖牛奶具有增强免疫力功能。
The function of enhancing immune of yeast β-glucan milk was researched. Healthy female mice of B1/Fq was as the research subjects, setting three dose groups with 0.08 g/kg, 0.17 g/kg, 0.50 g/kg (equivalent to 5 times, 10 times, 30 times of the recommended intake of human respectively) , low, medium and high dose group concentrations were 8.0 mg/mL, 17.0 mg/mL, 50.0 mg/mL which were all prepared with pure milk ,the mice were given once a day by mouth with the appropriate concentration of tested samples. Then the weight, thymus, spleen organ, ConA-induced spleen lymphocyte proliferation, DNFB-induced DTH , the number of hemolytic plaque, half of hemolytic serum (HC50), carbon clearance ability, macrophage phagocytosis of chicken erythrocytes, NK cell activity were detected after one month with the tested samples.The results showed that cellular immunity, humoral immune function, NK cell activity were significantly different with the control group, it can be concluded that the milk containing yeast β-glucan can enhance the immune function.
