摘要
"低温发酵"是制约北方农村沼气应用亟待解决的关键问题和技术瓶颈,其核心技术是如何实现低温条件下厌氧消化处理生物质废弃物高效转化,提高沼气的单位产量.针对黑龙江省现有沼气应用技术发展现状及存在的问题进行阐述与分析,提出关于实现黑龙江省冬季沼气稳定生产研究的新思路、新理论及新技术,尤其是从分子生态学及蛋白组学方面实现工艺稳定运行的生物强化手段,并对今后的研究发展进行探讨与分析.
Low temperature anaerobic digestion,that is how to convert biomass waste into biogas effectually in low temperature,is the key technique which restricts biogas application in northern rural.This paper mainly states the current biogas application technique and existing problem,and suggests some new research theory and technology.Additionally,microbial molecular ecology and proteomics are used to ensure process of biogas production stabilization and the research development in the future are discussed.
