鼻内镜下鼻腔后端出血的微波治疗

目的为探讨鼻腔后端出血的治疗方法。方法对72例鼻腔后端出血在鼻内镜下采用微波进行热凝、气化治疗。结果 68例患者1次治愈,术后无1例并发症发生,4例患者经再次手术后随访一年无复发。结论认为采用微波技术鼻内镜下治疗鼻腔后端出血具有损伤小、并发症少、疗效确切、患者痛苦小等优点,尤其是其操作简便,易于在临床推广应用。
