摘要
目的:评估电针对排卵障碍不孕大鼠模型的促排卵作用。方法:选用SD雌性大鼠幼鼠于出生第9日龄注射丙酸睾丸酮制作大鼠模型,采用原位杂交等方法对电针治疗后的大鼠卵巢局部基质金属蛋白酶mRNA MMP-9 mRNA的表达进行观察。结果:电针能明显增加大鼠卵巢、子宫重量有利于卵泡的发育和排卵,电针能明显增加卵巢各级卵泡总数,明显增强大鼠卵巢局部基质金属蛋白酶MMP-9 mRNA的表达水平,有利于卵泡的发育和排卵。结论:以补肾立法的电针方法,通过影响其卵巢局部MMP-9 mRNA表达,促进卵泡的发育,从而达到促排卵的目的,电针对排卵障碍有较好的疗效。
Objective. To observe the ovulation-promotion effects of electroacupuncture in rats with ovulation disorder. Methods.- Anovulatory infertility models were established in SD female rats of 9 days by injecting testosterone propionate subcutaneously. After electroacupuncture treatment, expression of ovarian matrix metalloproteinases-9 mRNA (MMP 9 mRNA) were observed by in situ hybridization method. Results. Electroacupuncture could significantly increase the weight of ovary and womb of rat models. It can also increase number of follicle and ovulation, thus can promote ovulation. Expression of o- varian matrix metalloproteinases 9 mRNA (MMP-9 mRNA) were also significantly strengthened. Conclu- sions: Electroacupuncture based on the therapeutic principle of invigorating kidney can increase the expres- sion of the MMP-9mRNAs in ovary and improve ovulation, thus it is a effective treatment for ovulation disorder.
