移居高原人群返平原后血脂水平的调查 被引量:3

摘要 目的探索高原环境对脂代谢的影响。方法选择参与青藏铁路二期工程施工且累计时间在6个月及以上的男性员工523人作为观察组,未参与青藏铁路施工且工作性质、环境、年龄等因素与观察组大致相同的男性员工205人作为对照组。于2008年4—10月,分别测量血清总胆固醇(TCH)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平。结果观察组TCH水平高于对照组(P=0.000),且与施工海拔、高原暴露时间呈正相关(施工海拔:r=0.196,0.093;高原暴露时间:P=0.000,0.028),与返平原时间呈负相关(r=-0.172,P=0.000)。观察组HDL-C水平低于对照组(P=0.003),且与高原暴露时间呈负相关(r=-0.174,P=0.000),与返平原时间呈正相关(r=0.114,P=0.007)。观察组TG、LDL-C水平略高于对照组,差异均无统计学意义;且与施工海拔、高原暴露时间、返平原时间无相关性(P>0.05)。结论移居高原人返平原后,其血清TCH水平升高,HDL-C水平降低,TG和LDL-C水平基本无变化。在高原脱习服的研究中,脂代谢紊乱应作为一个关注指标。 Objective To explore the impacts of high altitude environment on lipid metabolism. Methods Male workers with amount of 523 were chosen as the observation group, who joined the stage 2 of Qinghai-Tibet Railway construction project and cumulatively lived on high plateau for more than 6 months. Male workers with amount of 205 were chosen as the control group who had the same conditions but joined that project. Serum total cholesterol (TCH),triglyceride (TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)were examined. Results Observation group had a higher TCH level (P=0.000),and it was positively correlated with working altitude and time lived on high plateau (r=0.196,0.093; P= 0.000,0.028) and negatively correlated with the time returning to plain (r=-0.172,P=-0.000); Observation group had a lower level of HDL-C (P=-0.003),and it was negatively correlated with the time lived on high plateau (r=-0.174,P=0.007) and negatively correlated with the time returned to plains (r=0.114, P=0.007). Observation group's TG and LDL-C were slightly higher than the control group (P〉0.05). Conclusion Disorder of lipid metabolism should be a concerned index in the research of high altitude deacclimatization.
