摘要
目的研究臭氧水杀灭弓形杆菌(Arcobacter)的效果及其影响因素。方法取含菌量为5×105~5×106 cfu/ml的弓形杆菌菌悬液,在不同臭氧水浓度(1.34、2.44、2.88、3.36、3.47、4.03、4.27、4.48 mg/L)、pH值(3、5、7、9、11)、温度(4、20、30、37、60℃)条件下,研究臭氧水对弓形杆菌的杀灭效果。结果固定杀菌时间,随着臭氧浓度的增加,臭氧水对弓形杆菌的杀灭率逐渐升高;当臭氧水浓度≥4.27 mg/L时,杀灭率达到100%。当臭氧水浓度较低(2.44 mg/L)时,随着温度或pH值的升高,杀灭率略有下降;随臭氧水浓度的升高,温度和pH值的影响渐不明显。结论臭氧水杀灭弓形杆菌的效果主要受臭氧水浓度影响,温度和pH值虽对其杀灭效果也存在着一定的影响,但并不起关键作用。
Objective To study the bactericidal efficacy and influencing factors of ozone water in killing Arcobacter. Methods Arcobacter contents were 5×10^5-5×10^6 cfu/ml ,and the experimental conditions were as follows, the concentration of ozone water was 1.34,2.44,2.88,3.36,3.47,4.03,4.27 and 4.48 mg/L, pH values were 3,5,7,9 and 11,the temperatures were 4,20,30,37 and 60 ℃,respectively. Results Fixed the time of sterilization, the germicidal efficiency of ozone solution could be strongly raised by elevating the concentration of ozone water. The killing rate to Arcobacter was 100% when the effective ozone water was more than 4.27 mg/L. However,when the concentration of ozone water was much lower (2.44 mg/L),increased in the pH value of the ozone solution decreased some of the killing rates. So did the increase in temperature. As the concentration of ozone water increased, the effect of temperature and pH values on the killing rate was no more obvious. Conclusion The main influencing factor for efficacy of killing Arcobacter of ozone is the concentration of ozone in water, under certain conditions the influence of temperature and pH should be ignored.
