外源性雌激素对青春期前雌性大鼠性发育的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨外源性雌激素对青春期前雌性大鼠性发育的影响,将40只健康6周龄清洁级雌性SD大鼠随机分为两组,分别为雌二醇(40μg/kg)染毒组和对照(生理盐水)组,每组20只。采用灌胃方式进行染毒,染毒容量为10ml/kg,每天1次,连续染毒2周。染毒24 h后,测定大鼠体重、身长、肥胖评定指数(Lee’指数)、乳头高度(第2、3对乳头高度的平均值)、发情周期发生率和血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡雌激素(FSH)、催乳素(PRL)浓度及FSH/LH值。结果显示,与对照组比较,雌二醇染毒组大鼠体重、身长及血清LH、FSH、PRL浓度较低,而发情周期发生率、Lee’指数和乳头高度较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。而两组大鼠FSH/LH值均小于1,差异无统计学意义。提示青春期前雌性大鼠暴露于外源性雌激素可出现外周性性早熟,而中枢性性发育受抑制。
