摘要 加强师范生教学设计能力的培养是教师专业化发展和中小学教学实践的必然要求。教学设计能力作为师范生教学能力的核心和基础,已成为职前教师教育培养的重点。构建科学教学设计观念,以实践为导向整合理论课程,开展多样化的实践教学,是提高教学设计能力培养效果的重要策略。 It is important and imperative for normal university students to enhance their ability of teaching design,which is required for professional development and teaching practice in primary and secondary schools.The ability of teaching design,as the core and basis of teaching abilities for normal students,has become the focus of training teachers before they enter their teaching field.Constructing concepts of science teaching,integration of theory to practice-oriented curriculum and various forms of teaching in practice are important strategies to improve the ability of teaching design.
