Influencing factors of bibliotherapy to self-harmonious among university students

摘要 目的探讨阅读疗法对大学生自我和谐的影响,为开展高校心理健康辅导工作提供依据。方法采用整群抽样法抽取某学院学生80名,随机分成训练组和对照组各40人,训练组采用阅读疗法训练干预,对照组进行常规阅读。训练前与训练后采用自我和谐量表进行评价。结果阅读疗法干预前2组学生自我和谐量表评分差异无统计学意义;干预后,干预组学生自我和谐总分及自我与经验不和谐得分明显低于对照组(P值均<0.05)。阅读疗法干预前,干预组不同年龄、不同性别学生自我与经验不和谐、自我刻板性得分差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);相同年龄的、同性别干预前与干预后自我与经验不和谐、自我和谐总分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论阅读疗法对大学生自我和谐的有积极影响。 Objective To discuss the influence of bibliotherapy to university studentsj serf-harmonious. Methods A total of 80 students were chosen and divided into two equal groups: training group and control group. The bibliotherapy training was given to the training group. Self-consistency and Congruence Scale was used pre-and post-training. Results Before the intervention, there was no statistical significant difference between the two groups on the total score of SCCS, and after the intervention, the students of intervention groups scored lower on the total score and self inconsistency than the control ( P 〈 0.05). Before the intervention there were statistical significance by genders or by age on self inconsistency and self stiffness. Conclusion The bibliotherapy self-harmonious has the positive influence to the university students.
