Cytotoxic Drugs and Its Anti-angiogenesis

细胞毒药物在传统抗肿瘤化疗中运用较多,然而由于高剂量的使用难免会引起毒副作用和耐药性。为了使细胞毒药物能安全有效地治疗肿瘤,近年来,人们研究了合理运用细胞毒药物的方法,使其作用从直接杀死肿瘤细胞转变为针对肿瘤血管生成。本文就近十年来在该方面的研究作一综述。

Cytotoxic drugs are widely used in traditional antitumor chemotherapy, while the using of high dose will inevitably cause serious side effects and drug resistance. For many years, in order to make cytotoxic drugs be used safely and effectively, researchers have investigated the rational use of cytotoxic drugs, which can turn the mode of action of these drugs from killing tumor cells directly to inhibiting tumor angiogenesis. This article surveys the advances in the rational use of cytotoxic drugs.
