摘要 本文从P-糖蛋白的角度探讨了中西药物之间的相互作用。P-糖蛋白作为一种广泛分布于体内组织的外排转运蛋白,对药物在人体内的吸收、分布、代谢、排泄过程产生影响。联合用药时,P-糖蛋白是许多药物之间相互作用的重要原因。某些药物可以通过诱导或抑制P-糖蛋白而对与之合用的另一种药物发挥作用,结果可能为提高疗效或降低毒性,如果盲目联合用药则可能会产生毒性或不良反应,因此合理利用P-糖蛋白介导的药物之间的相互作用,对指导临床合理用药具有深刻意义,以达到增效减毒的效果。 Potential drug interactions on P-glycoprotein transport level were discussed in this article. As an efflux transporter protein widely distributed in various tissues, P-glycoprotein plays an important role in many drugs interactions, via affecting the metabolic process to alter the concentration of drug in plasma and tissue. Interactions between herb and western drug may occur by inducing or inhibiting P-glycoprotein, resulting in either efficacy enhancement or adverse effects. So it is important for clinical drug use by rational utilization of the interaction between herb and western drug which medicated by P-glycoprotein.
