State of arts of intraocular pressure measurement technology

摘要 眼压增高是青光眼致病原因的主要危险因素,研究眼压检测技术对青光眼的诊治至关重要。利用眼压计测眼压法是目前临床主要采用的眼内压测量方法。文章论述了传统眼压检测技术和最近发展的新型眼压测量技术在临床眼压测量中的应用现状,结合目前市场新的应用需求对今后眼压检测技术的发展进行了展望,为眼压计的研究开发以及临床应用提供参考。 An elevated intraocular pressure(IOP) is the main risk factor of glaucoma progression.Study of available technologies for the precise measurement of IOP is crucial for the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma.The developments in tonometry from the conventional tonometers to the novel pressure tonometers that are recently presented for clinical use are reviewed.The future development of the technology of IOP measurement is prospected in light of the new market demands.This paper provides a reference for the research,manufacture and clinical application of the tonometer.
