摘要
拉深是板料冲压成形的关键工艺,也是最复杂的成形工艺之一。文章将正交试验、人工神经网络和遗传算法结合起来,对板料的成形工艺参数进行优化,建立板料成形工艺参数的优化设计模型,并利用该优化模型最终获得满意的厚度最大变薄率和回弹量。
Drawing is a key process in sheet metal forming and it is also one of the most complex manufacture technology.An optimization prediction model is established with orthogonal experiment method,artificial neural network(ANN) and genetic algorithm(GA),in which the process parameters are optimized.Then the desired maximum thinning ratio and springback amount for right back-column structural reinforced panel is gained by the optimization model.
