20世纪70年代末80年代初,我们党对农村经济体制改革进行了不懈的探索。新时期农村经济体制改革的实践表明,经济政策成功与否关键在于是否符合客观经济规律;社会主义公有制实现形式成功与否关键在于是否符合"三个有利于";工作方法成功与否关键在于是否坚持了民主和实践的原则;好的形势能否巩固关键在于政策是否具有连续性和可预期性。

In the late 1970s and early 1980s,the Communist Party of China has made unremitting exploration on the rural economic system,the practice of which in the new stage demonstrates that the key to successful economic policy lies in the compliance with the objective economic law;to realize socialist public ownership the accordance with the 'three favorables';to successful working methods the persistence in the principle of democracy and practice;to consolidate the favorable situation the continuity and predictability of the policy.
