The sinification of Marxism legal thoughts is realized with the process of the sinification of Marxism.After the 4th plenary session of the 13th central committee of the Party,Jiang Zemin inherited and carried forward Deng Xiaoping's legal thoughts,put forward lots of new ideas,thoughts and assumptions on the building of the socialist democratic legal system,thus forming the Jiang Zemin's legal thought as the important part of the thought of Three Represents.Jiang Zemin's legal thought is embodied in his volumes of arguments on the building of democratic legal system which touches on such fields as laws and theories,constitutions and politics,criminal laws,civil laws,economic laws,administrative laws,international laws,such links as legislation,law enforcement,jurisdiction and law abiding.Rich and comprehensive,it is the new fruit of the sinification of Marxist legal thoughts.Deepening research on Jiang Zemin's legal thoughts is of great theoretical and practical significance to the implementation of Scientific Outlook on Development,the building of harmonious socialist society and the promotion of the process of legal system building of China.
