Enterprise decision-making is one of the important contents of mana gement activity,and how to ensure the effective implementation of decisions is enterprise managers＇responsibility.Given that personal execution cost of decis ion executives is one of the key factors affecting the selection of decision imp lementation ways,this paper has analyzed the impacts of personal execution cost of decision executives on the selection of decision implementation ways.The pa per believes that establishing the concept of personal execution cost of decisio n executives and designing the effective system arrangement to reduce or separat e such cost to ensure effective implementation of enterprise decisions.
