摘要
在低碳经济时代,碳管理在塑造企业核心竞争力方面将发挥越来越重要的作用。碳管理涉及的主要内容包括低碳背景下的PEST分析、树立低碳经营理念、进行低碳流程再造、低碳供应链管理、低碳营销、低碳公共关系以及二氧化碳信息披露等。企业要因地制宜地探索碳管理模式,提早行动,在新一轮低碳竞争中争取主动。
In the era of low-carbon economy,carbon management will play an inc reasingly important role in establishing core competitiveness of enterprises.Th e main contents involved with carbon management include the best analysis in the context of low-carbon,the establishment of low-carbon operation ideas,the r eengineering of low-carbon process,the management of low-carbon supply,lowcarbon marketing,low-carbon public relationship,and the disclosure of carbon dioxide information and so on.Enterprises should explore the model of low-carb on management according local conditions,and take early actions to gain control over the competition in new round low-carbon competition.
