国际项目物流服务中货代的海外网络构建策略

由于缺乏适应国际项目物流的海外网络优势,我国的国际货代、物流企业因过高的海外物流运作成本、相对迟滞的沟通渠道和薄弱的项目物流服务意识而丧失了大量的源自我国的国际项目物流市场机会。本文在国际项目物流特征、对物流供应商的需求和我国货代物流企业服务弱势分析的基础上,提出了净价合作的利益均分、谨慎选择供应链管理关键控制点的代理以及在项目经营者和代理网络之间建立有效的项目物流沟通系统等策略,以期改善目前国内货代、物流企业在国际项目物流市场中的境况。

Due to the short of advantage of oversea network applicable for inte rnational item logistics,our country＇s international freight forwarding and lo gistics enterprises have lost a lot of opportunities of international item logis tics coming from our country due to high cost,inefficient communication channel,and weak service consciousness of item logistics Based on the analysis on the characteristics of international item logistics, the demand for logistics providers and the disadvantages of freight forwarding s ervice in our country,this paper has proposed the strategies for the interest s haring of net price,the precautious selecting the agents at key points in suppl y chain management,and establishing effective system of item logistics communic ation in hope of improving the current situation of domestic forwarding and logi stics enterprises in international item logistic market.
