“打工经济”向“创业经济”转变的动因探析

打工对农民经济条件的改善、技术上的成熟、观念上的创新起到了重要的作用,奠定了农民自主创业的基础条件。同时打工经济的发展,也催生了农民强烈的内在自主创业需求。政府的支持政策,则优化了创业环境,弱化了农民自主壁垒,它们共同造就了农民创业潮兴起的必然性和可行性。鉴于创业风险防范的明显滞后,容易导致农民"因创致贫"的状况,本文着重提出对农民创业力的测度、对农民创业模式及其发展瓶颈的剖析等应是今后研究的主题。

Odd-job plays important role in the improvement of farmers＇economic condition,the maturity of technologies,and the innovation of concepts,and ha s laid primary condition for self-employed farmers.Meanwhile,the development of odd-job economy facilitates the inner demand of the self-employed farmers. The governmental supportive policies have optimized the entrepreneurial environm ent and weakened the farmers＇self-employed barriers,which has led to the nece ssity and feasibility of emerging of farmer entrepreneurial economy.Given that the obvious lagging in the risk precaution of entrepreneurship easily leads to t he situation of farmers becoming poor because of entrepreneurship,the paper bel ieves that the measures for farmer entrepreneurship ability,farmer entrepreneur ship model,and analysis on development bottleneck should become research subjec ts in the future.
